We are in the business of helping our customers to solve problems, and not to give you new ones.  Problems do occur from time to time and we will always do our best to sort them out.

Returning The ZOO.

• If you are missing parts or parts are damaged, we will always replace them under our lifetime warranty on parts.
• We will also replace parts you might have  lost or broken such as while moving house – no questions asked.
• Before you return a unit, please contact us for instructions.

Returning Apparel.

• Items must be returned within 30 days.
• They need to be in the same condition in which they were received.  
• Contact us for instructions.
